Grown under the Provence sun, the organic chives, basil, parsley and tarragon that make up Provence D'Antan's salad mix will flavour all your salads. For raw vegetables (crudites), green salad, but also steamed potatoes. To make your own herby salad oil for dressings this mixture can be sprinkled on or incorporated into olive oil and left to blend for a few weeks to fully infuse..

Tip: 3 tablespoons of the mixture to incorporate in 1 litre of organic olive oil. Leave to blend for 2 to 3 weeks. You can then use this fragrant oil to flavour salads and raw vegetables.
