Offered in a small biodegradable muslin bag, the Provence d'Antan organic bouquet garni uses the traditional combination of organic thyme, rosemary and bay leaf. Ideal to incorporate at the start of cooking in all types of dishes, the bouquet garni brings a characteristic Provençal flavour to stews (daubes) of meat or vegetables - and soups.

Include at the start of cooking. Remove it just before serving.
