We were inspired to make this by the wonderful flavours of Seville.The result is wonderfully grown-up and not sweet-tasting at all. Try it with sticky oven-baked apricots or a home-made orange ice-cream for a dessert beyond baroque and into rococo. Or you could just serve it with lashings of really good apricot jam!
